Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is:

Lekker Code Company GmbH
Musbacher Straße 49
72250 Freudenstadt
Germany
E-mail: sales@lekkercode.com

For questions about data protection and to exercise your rights, contact us at manuel@lekkercode.com.

2. Overview

This website provides information about KRITIS-Audit, a service of Lekker Code Company GmbH. We process personal data only to the extent necessary to operate the website and answer your enquiries.

This website does not set cookies, does not embed analytics, tracking or advertising services, and does not load content from third-party servers when opened. Fonts, images and videos are served by us.

3. Hosting and delivery of the website

The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure as an Azure Static Web App. Our contractual partner and processor under Article 28 GDPR is Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521, Ireland. The application is created in the Azure region West Europe (Netherlands).

Azure Static Web Apps delivers static content through a globally distributed network of Microsoft edge locations. When you access the website, your request may therefore be answered by a location outside the European Union. For these cases Microsoft safeguards the processing through the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission (Article 46 (2) (c) GDPR) and the commitments of the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum.

On every visit Microsoft, acting as our processor, processes connection data that is technically necessary: IP address, date and time of access, requested address, amount of data transferred, HTTP status code, browser type and operating system. This data is required to deliver the website to your device, secure its operation and detect faults. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). We do not evaluate this data on a personal basis. Retention follows the operational periods of Microsoft Azure and generally does not exceed 90 days.

4. Contact form and e-mail contact

You can send us an enquiry via the contact form. Your email address and your message are required. Your first name, last name, company and phone number are optional. When you submit the form we additionally process the date, time and IP address in order to prevent abuse and automated submissions.

Your enquiry is stored in our Azure environment in the region West Europe (Azure Blob Storage, processor Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) and forwarded by e-mail to our sales mailbox sales@lekkercode.com. We operate this mailbox with Google Workspace. The processor is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google also processes data in the United States. This transfer is safeguarded by the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google is certified, and by the Standard Contractual Clauses (Article 45 and Article 46 (2) (c) GDPR).

If you write to us directly by e-mail, we process the details of your message in the same way via Google Workspace.

The purpose of the processing is to handle your enquiry and to contact you. The legal basis is Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Data is not passed on to third parties other than the processors named. It is not used for advertising or newsletters.

We delete enquiries twelve months after processing is complete, unless a business relationship arises or statutory retention obligations apply.

5. FAQ assistant and downloads

The FAQ assistant on this website answers common questions using predefined answers. It does not use artificial intelligence, does not send data to any server and does not store your input. So that the conversation remains visible while you navigate within the website, the assistant keeps the conversation history in your browser's session storage (sessionStorage). This storage is cleared automatically when you close the browser tab and never leaves your device. The storage is technically necessary to provide a function you have expressly requested (Section 25 (2) no. 2 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act, TDDDG).

The checklists and templates offered on this website can be downloaded without providing personal data. A download only generates the connection data described in section 3.

6. Cookies, local storage and external links

This website does not set cookies.
Apart from the session storage used by the FAQ assistant (section 5), it does not store data in your browser.

The website contains links to external services, such as the professional profiles of our experts on LinkedIn, information provided by the German Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) and our source code templates on GitHub. No data is transmitted to these providers when you open our website. Only when you click such a link do you leave our website. The privacy policy of the respective provider applies to processing on the destination site.

7. Recipients and transfers to third countries

The only recipients of personal data are the processors named in this policy: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (hosting, storage of enquiries) and Google Ireland Limited (e-mail). Data processing agreements under Article 28 GDPR are in place with both. Where data reaches countries outside the European Economic Area, this is based on an adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission. Data is not transferred to any other third party unless we are legally obliged to do so.

8. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose: hosting connection data for a maximum of 90 days, enquiries via form and e-mail for twelve months after completion.
If a business relationship arises, the retention periods under German commercial and tax law of six and ten years respectively apply (Section 257 HGB, Section 147 AO).

9. Your rights

With regard to the personal data concerning you, you have the following rights against us:

  • Access (Article 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification (Article 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure (Article 17 GDPR)
  • Restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR)
  • Data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing based on Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR)

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, an e-mail to manuel@lekkercode.com is sufficient.

10. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). The supervisory authority responsible for us is:

The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg)
Heilbronner Straße 35
70191 Stuttgart, Germany
E-mail: poststelle@lfdi.bwl.de
Web: www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de

You may also contact the supervisory authority at your place of residence or work.

11. Data security

The website is only accessible via an encrypted connection (TLS). We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access, including a strict Content Security Policy, no third-party scripts, and access restrictions on the storage locations of our enquiries.

12. Status and changes

This privacy policy is dated 7 October 2026. We will update it if the processing on this website or the legal situation changes. The current version is always available at this address.
